Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Acronix services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Acronix provides IT services including web development, mobile app development, desktop applications, Shopify solutions, AI automation, and the WhatsApp SaaS platform. Service scope and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by Acronix during a project is transferred to the client upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing Acronix tools, frameworks, and libraries remain the property of Acronix.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include a deposit before work begins, milestone-based payments, and final payment upon project completion.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Acronix's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
